Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of flour
- garlic powder
- parsley
- pepper
- lemon juice
- 2 cups of water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 lb chicken filets
- 8 oz mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
-Heat oil and butter in pan
-In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, parsley and pepper
-Put garlic powder and pepper on chicken and coat in flour mixture.
-Place chicken in the pan with butter and oil, let brown on both sides. Add a hint of lemon juice.
-Cook mushrooms in a separate pan. Add water bouillon mixture, stir and let thicken (add flour if not thick enough)
-Add chicken to mushroom mixture and serve!
