Ingredients
- 3 lb corned beef brisket
- 4 carrots, cut
- 6 red potatoes cut in 1/4s
- head of cabbage
- large onion

Step 1
-In an 8 quart pot, place corned beef and season packet with 3 quarts of water. Cover and set on high heat. Once boiling, decrease heat to low and cook at a low simmer for 2.5 hours.
-After 2.5 hours add carrots, onions and potatoes. Return to a simmer and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add cabbage and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. Serve!
