Avocado and Mango Salad (4 ww pts)

Ingredients

  • Serves 4
  • 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TBS fresh lime juice
  • 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados cubed
  • 2 mangos cubed
  • 1/2 purple onion diced

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl whisk vinegar, lime juice, oil and salt and pepper. Add in avocado, mango and onion.

Serve immediately (great side for cuban chicken thighs and potatoes)
