Chocolate Chip Cookies (Michele Needle)

Ingredients

• 2 sticks margarine
• 3/4 C sugar
• 3/4 C brown sugar
• 1 1/4 C potato starch
• 12 oz choc chips
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 C cake meal
• 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream sugars and margarine.
2. Blend in vanilla and eggs till creamy.
3.Add baking soda, cake meal and potato starch.
4.Mix until smooth.
5. Add choc chips/
6. Drop spoonfuls on parchment covered cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
