Ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 3 cups small broccoli florets (about 7 ounces)
- 1 medium red, orange or yellow bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham (13.2 ounces)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup canned, frozen or fresh pineapple chunks, dranind and halved if large
- 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
- 4 t. apple cider vinegar
- 2 T packed brown sugar
- 2 t. mustard
- 2 T. cornstarch

Step 1
Melt butter in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium hear. Cook broccoli and bell pepper, stirring 2 minutes. Add ham, green onion and pineapple chunks and cook,stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Stir together pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, and cornstarch in a bowl. Pour into skillet and simmer, stirring frequently, until heated though and thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
