Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. half & half
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 T. chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Ina large heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add water; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
