- butter
- cheddar cheese
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
-Bake potatoes at 475° for 45-60 minutes
-Once baked thru, remove from the oven and cut potatoes in half long way.
-Using a spoon, scoop potatoes out of skin and place in a bowl. Arrange the skins on a foil lined baking sheet.
-In the potato bowl, add a few tablespoons of butter and sprinkle cheddar cheese, use your judgement to your liking. Mix with a beater.
-Fill each potato skin with the potato mix. Put some additional cheese on the top of the mixtures.
-Put in the oven at 400° for 10 minutes or until heated thru and cheese melted.
-Remove from oven and sprinkle with paprika and green onions. Serve!
