Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet saizon (peach box)
- Adobo (red cap with pepper)
- 1 can Goya tomato sauce
- 1 packet large empanada discs
- corn oil

Preparation
Step 1
-Brown the ground beef and drain. Add saizon, adobe and tomato sauce. Let come to a boil, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
-Put a small amount of beef in middle of empanada discs, fold over and use a wet fork to press closed.
-Add to frying pan with hot corn oil. Fry to golden brown. serve!
