Ingredients

  • 3 lb large shrimp
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp freshly parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-Place shrimp in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Divide sauce in half. Pour half of sauce onto shrimp, toss to coat, cover and place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
-Preheat grill medium heat. Heat reserved half of sauce in a pan on low until warm. Put shrimp on skewers (about 5 per skewer).
-Place onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. When cooked through, pour sauce over shrimp and serve!
