- fresh pomegranate seeds
- semi sweet chocolate chips
- vegetable oil
- ice cube tray or candy mold

Preparation
Step 1
-Put 1 cup of chocolate chips in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Melt in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until mixture is melted and smooth throughout
-Drizzle a little chocolate to coat bottom of the mold.
-Put a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds on top of chocolate
-Drizzle chocolate over pomegranate seeds to cover
-Place in the freezer for 1 hour
Serve!
