Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
• 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup sprinkles

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º F. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan with baking spray. Set aside.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in the egg, vanilla, salt, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. Mix until just well-combined. Stir in the sprinkles and spread into the baking pan.
Bake about 25-30 minutes, until set in the middle and lightly golden brown. Cool on a rack until completely cooled before cutting into pieces.
