Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed well (see note)
- 6 TBSPS unsalted butter melted and cooled
- 2 large eggs at room temperature and lightly whisked
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan well with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a sperate bowl, whisk together the bananas, butter, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla. Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes on the middle rack or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out with just a few crumbs.
Notes
Your bananas should be extremely ripe. Like black on the outside. To the point where your children question your sanity in using them for anything at all.
