Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 / 4 cup soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves, crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork chops on bottom of 6 quart slow cooker.
Whisk together all other ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
Pour mixture over the pork chops.
Cook on low for 6 hours or 3 hours on high.
