Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1-2 Tbs oil
- 2 medium zucchini,unpeeled and cut into chunk size
- 8 cups water
- 1 lb fresh pumpkin or butternut squash cubed
- 1 large white potato
- 1 cup dried lentils(pink ones)
- 2-3 scallions,diced
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried mustard powder

Step 1
Saute onions,add rest of ingredients. Blend with an immersion blender and leave some chunks of vegetables.
