Ingredients
- 4 3/4 oz blue cheese
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 8 T mayonnaise
- 2 T fresh parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- heavy whipping cream or water

Preparation
Step 1
Break up the cheese into coarse chunks.
Mix in the other ingredients.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Dilute with heavy cream or water if needed.
