Dad's Cookies

Ingredients

• Cream together:
• 1/2 lb butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• Add:
• 1 egg, cream and beat, add
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup coconut
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.

Bake at 375 for 9 min or until starting to brown around edges.
