- 8 cups water
- 1 3/4 cups milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp. fine salt.

Step 1
combine all ingredients in slow cooker. set to low, and leave overnight.
VARIATIONS:
Carrot cake overnight oats.
follow instructions as above, but add: 2 cups grated carrots, 2 tsps. vanilla, 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar, 2/3 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 2
Tbsp. chopped nuts. follow remaining instructions as written.
