Crescent Rolls ( Easy)*****
- 2 c warm water
- 2/3 c dry milk
- 2 T yeast
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c marg.or butter
- 1 egg
- 4 1/2 c flour
In mixer, with paddle, mic water and milk until dissolved.
Add yeast,sugar, sugar, salt, butter egg and 2 c flour
Mix at low speed until moistened and then at med speed for 2 minutes
Add 2 more cups at low speed and the at med for 2 minutes
Add 1/2 more flout and mix as above
Scrape dough off sides of bowl and pour 1 T of oil down sides of bowl to coat
Spray plastic wrap with oil and cover
Let rest in warm until it touches the wrap
Divide dough into 3 parts
Roll one part into circle and cut into 16 pieces with pizza cutter.
Roll from wide end and place on parchment covered baking sheets
Repeat with other dough as one is baking.
Bake 15 minutes at 375.
Brush with butter and bake remaining rolls
