Ingredients
- 300 g (10.5 oz) of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 200 ml (6.7 oz) of heavy whipping cream
- 30 ml (1 oz) of liquor (rum or whiskey)
- Pure cocoa powder
- Chocolate sprinkles (chocolate strands)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat up the cream until it boils.
Add to chopped chocolate
still until melted
add alcohol and still until smooth
allow to cool and refrigerate until you can scoop with a spool to roll into balls and dip into your choice of cocoa , chocolate sprinkles, nuts, or more chocolate.
