Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 8 chicken thighs, skinned
- 1/2 c wheat germ
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 3/4 c buttermilk

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except buttermilk and chicken in shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in dry mixture. Place on lighter oiled baking sheet. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours, turning after 30 minutes
