Ingredients

  • 2 small cans crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large Ziplock bag, combine all ingredients. Zip bag and shake to mix.
2. Add beef, chicken, or pork. Close bag and massage marinade into meat. Place in refrigerator until ready to use*.
3. Barbeque, bake, or broil your meat as desired.

Marinating Times: Shrimp or scallops (1/2 hour), chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours).
