Shrimp Tortellini Pasta Toss

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 T olive oil, divided
- 1 lb (31-40 )uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 1/4 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Meanwhile, in large nonstick skillet, heat 2 T oil over med heat.
Add shrimp; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add garlic; cook and stir 1-2 minutes linger or until shrimp turn pink.
Drain tortellini mixture and add to skillet.
Stir in salt, thyme, pepper, and remaining oil.
Toss to coat.
Serves 4
