- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 c cider (1 c hot, 1 c cold) OR 1 1/2 c cider and 1/2 c water
- 1 t grated orange rind
- 1/2 c nuts
- 1 c shredded apple
- 1/2 c finely chopped dates
- mayonnaise
