    yellow cake mix

  • 4

    eggs

    c. water

  • 3/4

    oil

  • 1

    box vanilla instant pudding

  • 1

    box butterscotch instant pudding

  • TOPPING:

  • 1

    c. brown sugar

  • 1/2

    c. nuts

  • 1

    tsp. cinnamon

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together and pour half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13 in. pan 2. Sprinkle 1/2 of the brown sugar mixture on top of the batter. 3. Pour remaining batter over brown sugar mixture. 4. Sprinkle remaining half of brown sugar mixture on top of cake. 5. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
