Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground meatloaf mixture
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3/4 to 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly mix meat, onion, crumbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, egg, milk. Chill through. Shape mixture into small balls. Slowly brown and cook in salad oil in large skillet. Remove meatballs and keep warm.
Blend flour, paprika, salt, pepper into oil in skillet. Cook and stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and gradually stir in sour cream, mix until smooth. Add meatballs and heat thoroughly.
