Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, I prefer Panko
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 lg eggs
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp of your favorite seasoning, ( Montreal steak seasoning)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of beef broth (Do not put this in the meatloaf, pour it in the bottom of the pressure cooker)
- 5 tsp brown sugar
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Carrots
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 onion

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare meatloaf ingredients, mix all together
In a separate bowl, min together the sauce toppings.
Add your potatoes and carrots in the bottom of cooker with a little bit of salt and pepper, add your beef broth.
Use the rack that the cooker came with.
Put your meatloaf on top of rack,
Spread the sauce on top of meatloaf.
(Shape your meatloaf about the size of your rack, make sure you have room enough for the air to circulate around the loaf.)
Turn o the manual button to 35 minutes, on high.When the timer is up you can quick release of the steam button. Remove lid.
If meatloaf is not quite done, add another 5 minutes.
Add remaining sauce, on top of loaf and you can put it in the oven on broil for 5 minutes to caramelize the topping.
