• 1 cup butter
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. flavoring (almond or vanilla)

• 2 1/2 cups flour

Step 1

Heat oven 400*.

Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, and lavoring thoroughly. Work in flour. Using 1/4 dough at a time, force dough through cooky press on ungreased baking sheet in desired shapes. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until set but not brown.
