Ingredients

  • 1 large spagetti squash, cooked and shredded
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 cup diced carrots, about 2-3 medium size
  • 2 pounds cooked chicken
  • 1 cup hot sauce (like Frank's Red Hot)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • salt to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon)
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 and prep a 13x9 pan or pyrex.
Cook the squash (microwave is so easy!), and sauté the carrots and onions until they're soft.
Then just shred the squash with a fork, and put the "spaghetti" in a bowl.
Add the cooked onion and carrots, cooked chicken, hot sauce, ranch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir it up!
Add the eggs and mix it in. Then pour into the pan evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes and then enjoy! (with extra ranch sauce if you want!)
