Ingredients
- 6-8 Boneless Pork Chops Cut THIN
- 2T EVOO
- 2T Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/3C Heavy Cream
- 1/3C Chicken Stock
- 2T Dijon Mustard
- 2-3T Capers Drained

Preparation
Step 1
Large Nonstick Skillet, Add EVOO & Butter Medium Heat.
S & P Both Sides Pork Chops, Brown Chops 4-5 Minutes Each Side Until Browned. Remove & Keep Warm.
Medium Heat, Add Stock, Cream & Dijon Bring to Low Boil Stirring, Reduce Heat to Simmer, Add Capers, Simmer Until Thickened, Stirring.
Add Chops, Simmer Until Blended.
Serve Hot with Rice and Apples.
