LEMON GLAZE

This is a glaze that I used to put on a citrus cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
• 6 tbsp melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook on medium heat till thickened. Cool to room temperature and pour on cake. Chill.
