- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter (1/2 pound)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 chopped nuts (I use walnuts)

Preparation
Step 1

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg yolk and beat until creamy.
