Ingredients
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 carton (12 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 crumb crusts (9 inches)

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in strawberries. Fold in whipped topping and pecans. Pour into crust.
Cover and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm. Yield: 2 pies
