Special K Bars

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 6 oz crunchy peanut butter
• 5 + cups Special K
• 6 oz butterscotch chips
• 3 oz semi sweet chips

Preparation

Step 1

Melt sugar and corn syrup together in a saucepan and let simmer until clear.
Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until melted.
Add special K and mix well.
Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Melt the chips together and stir until smooth.
Spread the mixture on top.
Cool
