Ingredients

  • 4 cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)
  • 2 tablespoons egg white protein powder or organic egg white protein powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 8 large eggs

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, pulse almond flour, egg white protein, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt

Pulse in eggs until smooth

Transfer batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch baking dish

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean

Cool for 2 hours, then remove from pan
Serve
