Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought or homemade pizza dough
  • 2/3 cup homemade or store-bought vegan ricotta
  • 2 Tofurky Italian Sausages, sliced thin
  • 3/4 cup Daiya Mozzarella shreds
  • Handful or 2 of baby spinach leaves
  • Sprinkling of oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  • Aquafaba for brushing

Step 1

Roll dough out into a rectangle, ¼” thick. Lay the ingredients down into a wide swath along the dough leaving 1-2" along each side. Then roll the dough lengthwise and press into a nice, thick tube. Squish down the ends and form the dough into a “U” shape, so that it will fit inside your fryer basket. Brush the top with a bit of aquafaba and carefully place inside the basket.

Air-fry at 370° for 10 minutes. Remove, flip, and cook for 5 minutes more. Slice and enjoy with your favorite tomato sauce. Adaptation of a recipe by Eric Theiss.
