Ingredients

  • 4 oz spaghetti, broken into 2-in, pieces
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) french-fried onions, divided

Step 1

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat the egg. Add the sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Drain spaghetti'. Add to egg mixture with Monterey Jack cheee, spinach and half the onions. Pour into greased 2 at baking dish.

2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated though. Top with the remaining onions; return to oven for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
