Ingredients
- 4 lb bone in beef short ribs
- 1.5 cups barecue sauce
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 T mustard seeds
- 2 T olive Oil
- 1/2 cup White Wine

Preparation
Step 1
Season ribs on all sides with salt and pepper
Brown ribs on all sides transfer to a plate add the wine to deglaze
Mix all ingredients into Instapot and add the ribs back in.
.Lock on lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
.When Beep is heard, allow a full Natural Pressure Release. Let Pot sit for 15 minutes and carefully skim off fat.
