Ingredients

  • 1 box instant or regular vanilla or French vanilla pudding, prepared according to pkg (with milk)
  • 1 box Nutter Butter Cookies (Keep a couple for crumbling on top)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or fresh whipped cream
  • 1 bag Mini Peanut Butter Cups, chopped, divided (keep a few for decorating top)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted in microwave (Keep a little for drizzling on top)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare pudding
2. Line bottom of 8x8 pan with cookies
3. Drizzle with melted peanut butter
4. Add 1/2 the pudding
5. Add 1/2 cool whip
6. Top with chopped peanut butter cups
7. Repeat layers
8. Decorate top with crushed nutter butter cookies, peanut butter cups, and drizzle melted peanut butter
9. Can drizzle chocolate syrup on top for garnish

10. Chill overnight so cookies soften
