Ingredients
- 6 oz Spring mix lettuce
- 4 oz Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 oz Spinach, fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cp Parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1/4 cp Mint bunch, fresh, chopped
- 1 1/2 cp Cucumber sliced half moon
- 2 cps Chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cp Chickpeas
- 2 oz Feta, crumbled
- 6 tps Greek feta vinagrette

Preparation
Step 1
Mix lettuces and herbs. place all vegetables in a bowl, toss with the dressing, layer over the lettuces, garnish w/feta.
1 serving portion: 2 cups
