Heath Bits Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
• 3 Tbsps. milk
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1 8oz. bag Milk Chocolate Toffee Bits

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.

Beat shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla together in large bowl. Add egg and beat well. Add flour, baking soda, salt and stir together until blended. Add the milk chocolate toffee bits and blend together.

Drop by heaping teaspoons on to the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
About 3 dozen cookies.
