Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 8 slices of Bacon
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 TB Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 C Cream
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • Spaghetti for two people
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Preparation

Step 1

Boil spaghetti; save water.

Season chicken with salt and pepper, then fry in oil for 6 minutes each side. Set aside.

Fry bacon in the same pan until crispy. Remove bacon; leave grease.

Add garlic and sauté. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.

Add cream and cook down a bit.

Add bacon, chicken, parmesan, pasta and some water to thin. Garnish with more parmesan.
