Rice Krispies Treats

Ingredients

• 1/4 C butter
• 1 pkg (10 oz) regular or miniature marshmallows
• 6 C rice krispies cereal
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margaine in large saucepan over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Add rice krispies cereal.
Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 13 X 9 X 2-inch pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
