- Pre-heat oven to 450
- 1 1/4 lbs Flounder (or other white fish)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Top w/thin sliced lemon
- 3 tbsp. Butter - drizzler over leomon and fish

Bake @ 450 12 - 15 mins until fish opaque in center
Sprinkle panko bread crumbs or crushed Italian seasoned croutons.
Garnish w/chopped parsley.
Serve w/green vegetables (green beans or broccoli) & rolls
