  • 8 Tble unsalted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts coarsely chopped
  • 4 graham crackers broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking pan with foil; butter foil. In medium bow;, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a medium saucepan , melt the butter over low heat, Remove the pan from the heat stir in the brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk in eggs until combined. Mix the flour mixture until well combined, then pecans.
Spread the flour nut mixture in prepared pan and bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate chips and bake until the marshmallows are pale golden 7 to 8 minutes more.Cool completely. Lift blondies out of the pan using the foil.
