sausage and coleslaw

• You’ll Need:
• 1 bag of coleslaw mix.
• 1 lb of sausage.
• 2 minced cloves of garlic.
• Salt.
• 1/4 cup of diced onion.

Preparation

Step 1

You’ll Need:

1 bag of coleslaw mix.
1 lb of sausage.
2 minced cloves of garlic.
Salt.
¼ cup of diced onion.





How to:

In a large skillet, brown the sausage then mix in all the ingredients until well mixed.

Cook covered on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Stir to mix, taste for salt and enjoy!
