Ingredients
- 1 bottle champagne (chilled, to top)
- 1 bottle cranberry juice (10 ounces)
- 4 ounces vodka

Step 1
In a small saucepan add the cranberry juice and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Allow to reduce to 1/2 cup of liquid. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
Pour 1/2 ounce of cranberry reduction into the bottom of a flute glass, add 1 ounce of vodka, and top with chilled champagne to serve. Repeat with remaining 3 flute glasses.
Tip: Store the cranberry reduction in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
