Easy Skillet Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2-3 (1/2-3/4 inch) loin pork chops
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Saute pork chops in butter until brown; set aside. Reserve drippings. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add salt, pepper, cornstarch and mustard; stir well. Add water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until bouillon is dissolved. Place pork chops in skillet and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

I didn't add the bouillon cube just because my husband doesn't prefer it in general; however, those were probably the best pork chops I've ever eaten...move over Shake n Bake...you've been replaced! :)
Great recipe! Used a little more butter than called for in the recipe and used spicy brown mustard in place of the regular mustard. Served this with mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again!
I was looking for a different flavor for chops today and found this. It is yummy, yummy, yummy, you will not be sorry if you try it. The chops were so tender, fell off the fork!
This is a delicious dish!! A nice change from the traditional pork chops. The sauce is incredible and goes great on rice or mashed potatoes!! We will definitely be adding this to our recipe book!!
This took longer than 30 minutes to cook. The taste was good. Will make again.
