Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margaine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. Dijon-style mustaard
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 large green pepper, cut in 1" squares
- 1 can (16oz.) fruit cocktail (drain & reserve syrup
- 3/4 tsp. celery seed
- salt & pepper
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 3 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter until tender. Blend cornstarch, sugar, mustard, syrup from fruit cocktail, and broth. Stir into onions. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick & clear. Add green pepper, ham, celery seed, & fruit cocktail. Cook until meat is thoroughly heated. Season to taste. Serve over beds of rice.
