- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 1 t dried basil
- 3/4 t dried oregano
- 1/2 t Kosher salt
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a large bowl, combine by hand, the ground turkey, egg, panko, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Using a small ice cream scoop, take a scoopful of the mixture.
Take 1 cube of the Mozzarella cheese and stuff it into the center of the meatball. Make sure that you cover the cheese completely to make sure it does not run out during cooking.
Repeat the process until all the meat is gone.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Place the meatballs in the skillet and brown them for two minute on each side.
Pour the marinara sauce evenly into the skillet and turn the heat down to medium-low.
Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the meatballs for 10 minutes.
Top the meatballs with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
