Ingredients
- Shortbread pie crust; 3/4 cup unsalted butter, 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, & 1/2 tsp salt, process in food processor until it forms small lumps, press into bottom and up side of springform pan, bake 350 - 15 mins.
- 2 packages softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream

Step 1
325. Cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one at a time, blending well. Add vanilla and sour cream. Bake 60-70 mins. Run knife around the edges to loosen. Leave the cake in the pan while cooling, Cool completely, then refrigerate till chilled.
